Service Description

In our baby yoga classes we use different sets of movements and touch which have been especially adapted to suit babies. The benefits include building your babies physical and mental developmental milestones. Baby yoga aids your babys brain development and your babies sense of co-ordination. The classes are also great for aiding the bond and attachment between parent and baby. The classes provide relaxation for baby as well as parents. The classes are run in a set of classes, one per week - 6 week term from 29th October - 10th December; excluding Tuesday 3rd December.
