Our prenatal yoga classes will help you to 

stay strong and healthy during your pregnancy.

This class is suitable for everyone; whether you

are a beginner or you want to keep up your

existing practice during pregnancy. 

Our uplifting classes are tailored to your stage

in pregnancy, with a mixture of strengthening and energising yoga to prepare expectant mums for labour. There is a focus on  breath work to help balance and to ground the expectant mother. These techniques can be used during pregnancy and labour to relax the body.

Our pregnancy yoga classes are taught in small groups or one to one.

Classes are suitable after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
